Capitalism is a postive feedback loop. That is, the more money you have the more money you can make. Every scientist knows that positive feedback loops are very unstable and will inevitably collapse.

Money equals military power. There are millions of people who would choose to live on your property over their current location. You are paying the government to prevent this people from reaching your property by means of military force.
