(v) the final process of building a spliff.

This is by far the hardest and most important stage of skinning up.

(i) Pick up the spliff at either end.

(ii) Roll it gently between your fingers. If they do not grip the paper properly, try licking then, wiping it off on something, then rolling again.

(iii) Gently compress the gear/baccy max into a perfect cone with the roach. Make sure there are no gaps or lumps.

(iv) Bring the front endge of the rizla down with your thumbs, so that it follows the top of the gear/baccy cylinder inside.

(v) Focus on your right thumb and first finger.

(vi) Slowly tuck the near right corner of the rizla over the roach.

(vii) Gradually work your way up the spliff, tucking it in and rolling it up as necessary.

(viii) Make sure you rol the spliff evenly along its length. When you reach the glue, pull back a little, and lick the edge. Then continue rolling up, perfecting the cone.
